Project Leader

Triginta is op zoek naar een gedreven Project Leader die een sleutelrol zal spelen in de ontwikkeling en realisatie van onze vastgoedprojecten. In deze rol ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van diverse bouw- en renovatieprojecten, het onderhouden en renoveren van onze gebouwen, waarbij je zorgt voor een vlotte aanbesteding, uitvoering en oplevering binnen de gestelde tijd, budgetten en kwaliteitsnormen.
Welke uitdagingen bieden we jou?
Als Project Leader bij Triginta draag je bij aan de volledige organisatie en opvolging van (kleinschalige) bouw- en renovatieprojecten van A tot Z. Je werkt nauw samen met de verschillende betrokken partijen, zoals architecten, aannemers en de interne teams. Je stemt je dossiers af met de Property Manager en de Project Manager. Je waakt over de voortgang van de projecten en zorgt ervoor dat zowel de technische als financiële aspecten in lijn liggen met de vooropgestelde doelstellingen.
Heel concreet ben je verantwoordelijk voor onder andere de volgende taken:
- Opmaken van aanbestedingsdossiers voor kleine projecten en het bijstaan in de aanbesteding van de grotere bouwprojecten
- Opmaken van plan van aanpak, opvragen en vergelijken van offertes
- Aftoetsen van het project aan de stedenbouwkundige regelgeving, verplichtingen m.b.t. erfgoed en de lokale vereisten voor uitvoering
- Bijstaan in het contracteren van de partijen
- Het coördineren en aansturen van alle intern en extern betrokken partijen tijdens de uitvoering van projecten
- Opvolgen van de planning, budgetten en kwaliteit van de werken
- Toezien op de naleving van veiligheids- en milieuregels op de werf
- Onderhouden van nauwe communicatie met aannemers, architecten en andere partners
- Signaleren en oplossen van eventuele problemen of vertragingen tijdens de projectuitvoering
- Voorbereiden en begeleiden van vergaderingen en werfbezoeken
- Rapporteren aan de Project Manager over de voortgang, risico's en belangrijke beslissingen
- Opleveren van projecten binnen de vooropgestelde termijnen en budgetten

Waarmee versterk je ons team?
- Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring als projectleider of werfleider in de bouw- of vastgoedsector
- Je beschikt over sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en bent oplossingsgericht
- Je bent communicatief sterk en weet goed om te gaan met verschillende stakeholders
- Je hebt ervaring in het beheren van budgetten en deadlines
- Je bent technisch onderlegd en hebt een goed inzicht in bouwprocessen
- Je hebt ervaring met het tekenen in Autocad en te werken met planningstools
- Naast een goede kennis van het Nederlands, is kennis van Frans en Engels een pluspunt
- Je hebt een proactieve instelling en werkt gestructureerd en efficiënt
- Je bent bereid om je voor de lange termijn in te zetten en waardeert een flexibele werkomgeving
