Client Executive – Sales Corporate Position in Ghent or Antwerp (hybrid). 2–3 days a week in office. The role Manage and retain an existing client portfolio while creating new revenue opportunities through cross‑selling and upselling. What we expect Manage relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to provide best‑in‑class service and drive growth. Deliver sales and growth within your predefined area. Collaborate with other Account Management colleagues to execute on the growth and retention strategy and meet sales goals. Serve as a client contact, responding to complex client needs and questions to enhance the client experience. Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of changing market conditions and comply with all compliance, professional, and transparency standards. What you need to have A strong Corporate or mid‑sized Commercial Insurance background with the ability to manage, retain and grow an existing portfolio of business. Cross‑class knowledge including Property, Casualty, Motor, Marine and Financial Lines. A passion for elite client service and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Stakeholder management skills up to and including senior executive level. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
