We stand out from traditional consulting firms through our multi-sector expertise, hands-on implementation, and commitment to delivering measurable results.About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Consultant Banking Regulation to strengthen our dynamic, human-sized team and play a key role in driving transformation projects.ResponsibilitiesWork directly with a Project Manager and/or a Partner to design and implement innovative solutions for executives facing urgent challenges.Act as a primary knowledgeable point of contact for client teams.Drive clients in implementation and lead junior consultants.Oversee the implementation of your recommendations to ensure impact and results.Fast-track your career—high performers can quickly progress to Project Manager.QualificationsDegree from a top business or engineering school, or a recognized university degree in finance, management, or business administration.Minimum 3 years of proven experience in management consulting with a focus on banking topics.A minimum of one prior project experience dealing with implementing TPRM, DORA and/or BCBS 239 regulations.Required SkillsEntrepreneurial mindset.Strong analytical skills and creativity in solving complex problems.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; you enjoy building strong client relationships.French and English fluency; Dutch a big plus.Preferred SkillsNone specified.Pay range and compensation packageWork on high-impact projects with top executives.Equal Opportunity StatementALBUS Partners is committed to diversity and inclusivity.
