Compliance Adviseur Asset Management Als compliance adviseur asset management word je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van een hoog normatief niveau bij onze innovatieve beleggingsproducten en -diensten. Je motiveert onze zakelijke stakeholders, leidt strategische projecten op en werkt aan de ondersteuning van de compliance awareness binnen onze organisatie. Je bent aanspreekpunt voor compliance vragen, voorkomt financiële schade, reputatierisico’s en sancties door middel van effectief beleid en strategie. Je werkt samen met collega's uit verschillende landen en bouwt een sterk netwerk uit om ons team te ondersteunen. Je hebt de kans om te werken met de nieuwste tools en technologieën in vermogensbeheer. Wij investeren in jouw groei met opleidingen, coaching en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden om jou optimaal te laten presteren. Vereisten Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in compliance binnen de financiële sector. Grondige kennis van beleggingsproducten en relevante Belgische en Europese regelgeving. Je communiceert vlot en assertief in het Engels en Nederlands en/of Frans. Je werkt gestructureerd en efficiënt, en houdt van een georganiseerde aanpak. Ervaring met asset management tools?
