Spreken financiële markten en de achterliggende data tot je verbeelding? In deze rol krijg je een unieke kijk achter de schermen. Als Data Expert in ons team - Market Data Services - werk je mee aan het beheer van alle financiële instrumenten in twee verschillende databases van KBC Bank. Zo draag je ertoe bij dat onze klanten aandelen, fondsen, obligaties en andere financiële instrumenten kunnen verhandelen via verschillende kanalen. Denk daarbij bijvoorbeeld aan KBC Mobile en Bolero. Voor de operationele opzet zorgen je collega’s in ons Shared Service Center in Brno (Tsjechië). Jij werkt nauw met hen samen en ondersteunt hen.Jouw grootste focus in ons team? Projectwerking. Je neemt een actieve rol op in projecten om onze dienstverlening te optimaliseren en initieert ook zelf nieuwe projecten. Verwacht je aan een stimulerende werkcontext waarin elke dag anders is. Samen met supertoffe, gedreven collega’s werk je oplossingen uit voor complexe uitdagingen. Functieomschrijving Je zorgt ervoor dat de kwaliteit van onze twee databases in lijn is met de central market database bij de dienst Market Data Services & Quality (MDS&Q). Wanneer er nieuwe wettelijke vereisten zijn, zorg je voor de implementatie daarvan. Je gaat op zoek naar potentiële nieuwe data voor onze klanten. Je werkt mee aan aanpassingen in onze eigen databases die door MDS&Q worden doorgegeven of opgelegd. Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor het oplossen van complexe operationele dossiers, waarbij samenwerkt met je collega’s van MDS&Q en ons Shared Service Center in Brno. Een groot deel van je job is meewerken aan projecten die onze dienstverlening verbeteren en zelf nieuwe projecten opstarten. Hiervoor bouw je goede werkrelaties uit met zowel interne als externe klanten. Profiel Je hebt een bachelor- of een masterdiploma en een uitgesproken interesse in data. Je wil veel bijleren over data, zoekt graag dingen uit en kijkt ernaar uit om uitdagingen vast te pakken. Ben je vertrouwd met beleggingsproducten? Of heb je al technisch inzicht in hoe databanken opgezet zijn? Dat zijn zeker pluspunten die je helpen om een vlotte start te nemen in de job. Je communiceert helder in het Nederlands en Engels. Zo kan je vlot samenwerken met iedereen, zowel je collega’s in België als je collega’s in Brno. Jouw denkstijl? Creatief, kritisch en out of the box.
