**Mission context**
**Data Analyst** - Expert
The clients Customer Insights team has the objective to represent the voice or our customers and to make the actions of our peers tangible by collecting and analyzing relevant client feedback leveraged with data insights, alongside market information & financial results. We are looking for a **customer insights expert** **with a strong understanding of the challenges related to this field to join our team
**Function description**
- Start, coordinate & manage research projects from start to end, together with the team lead & other team members.

**Education**
- You have at least a Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline, preferably market research and/or data analyses.
**Required experience / knowledge**
- You have **at least
years** of relevant experience in a market research or data analytical function.
**Technical experience**

- Experience with **powerpoint** & **Excel**
**preferable**
**Business experience**
**mandatory**
- **Experience in challenging internal clients for full understanding of the business need/hence translation to research question,**:
- **selecting the best research techniques & target groups, writing survey questionnaires,**:
- **data analyses (in excel or spss),**:
- **summarizing the survey findings in concrete & actional recommendations for the business**

- **5 to 10 years experience at the client side, in a market research position or similar**
