Als Data Analist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren en analyseren van data om bedrijfsprocessen te verbeteren. Je werkt samen met een multidisciplinair team om data-oplossingen te ontwerpen en implementeren die de doelstellingen van het bedrijf ondersteunen. In deze rol als Data Functional Analyst word je verwacht om gesprekken te voeren met subject matter experts om hun businessbehoeften te begrijpen, bedrijfsprocessen en datastromen te identificeren, evalueren en begrijpen, en de behoeften van de organisatie te vertalen naar data- en technische vereisten. Jouw taken omvatten ook het ontwerpen en valideren van datamodellen in samenwerking met de dataarchitecten, het vaststellen van het functionele ontwerp van onze ontwikkelingen in samenwerking met het datagovernanceteam en technische BI-verantwoordelijken, en het zorgen voor het testen van de ontwikkelde dataoplossingen. Bovendien zal je de verantwoordelijke zijn voor het informeren en opleiden van medewerkers over datagerelateerde onderwerpen en stimuleren het gebruik en de acceptatie van de ontwikkelde oplossingen. Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in IT of een gelijkwaardige ervaring en minstens 5 jaar ervaring in functionele data-analyse. Je hebt concrete ervaring in het modelleren van datawarehouses (Kimball-aanpak), het ontwerpen en analyseren van datastromen, en minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met MS on-premise stack (SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, PowerBI). Dankzij jouw uitstekende communicatieve en presentatievaardigheden kun je de behoeften van het bedrijf vertalen naar technische oplossingen. Je bent een goede teamspeler, oplossingsgericht, pragmatisch en doorzettingskrachtig.
