Wat zijn jouw belangrijkste taken?

  • Je helpt bij de opmaak van nieuwe profielen en past bestaande vacatures aan de tendenzen van de markt aan. Je vindt de weg in het aanbod van selectiekantoren en zorgt voor de operationele opvolging van de kandidaten.
  • Je gaat zelf op zoek naar de juiste kandidaat op LinkedIn en screent zorgvuldig cv's. Je doet het eerste interview en in overleg met de hiring manager bepaal je wie naar een volgende ronde gaat. Kortom, je bent een geboren interviewer en zoekt de juiste methodes om talent te screenen.
  • Je bent een spilfiguur in de organisatie aangaande aanwervingen. Regelmatig overleg en contact met enerzijds de business en anderzijds jouw eigen HR team is noodzakelijk. Je verliest de communicatie naar je stakeholders niet uit het oog.
  • Bij het vinden van de juiste kandidaat, maak je ook het loonvoorstel op en onderhandel je dit. Kortom, je beheert het volledige recruitmentproces van A tot Z voor de jou toegewezen business unit.
  • We zorgen voor de nodige afwisseling. Naast het pure rekruteren, zet je je eveneens in voor diverse projecten binnen het Talent Acquisition Team.

Welke kennis en ervaring verwachten we van jou?

  • De profielen die we zoeken vragen wel wat werk. Searchen op LinkedIn en zoeken naar alternatieve manieren om nieuwe kandidaten te benaderen schrikken jou niet af.
  • Door jouw ervaring weet je perfect hoe je met jouw interne stakeholders moet communiceren en hoe je een goede samenwerking opbouwt. We kijken hier naar iemand met toch liefst een minimum van 5 jaar ervaring binnen recruitment.
  • Je bent iemand die enerzijds graag autonoom en zelfstandig werkt, maar ook graag deel uitmaakt van een team dat gaat voor resultaten en er voor elkaar is als het nodig is. Ja, collegialiteit scoort bij ons.
  • Je weet als geen ander dat geen enkele dag dezelfde is en de ene week al drukker kan zijn dan de andere. Jouw organisatietalent zorgt ervoor dat je steeds een helder zicht hebt op wat er nog gedaan moet worden en aarzelt niet om hulp te vragen als dat nodig is.
  • Flexibiliteit is wel belangrijk. We hebben kantoren op verschillende locaties in België en ook al hechten we veel belang aan een goede work-life balance, sommige kandidaten kunnen nu eenmaal alleen maar 's avonds het gesprek met ons aangaan.
  • Omwille van onze groei in Wallonië zoeken we iemand die tweetalig is (Nederlands - Frans).
