Talent Acquisition Business Partner – Belgium & Switzerland
Join Robert Walters and be a key player in shaping our future We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to drive internal recruitment across Belgium & Switzerland with the flexibility to support other regions & group's activity in Europe as needed.
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will act as a key partner to business leaders, driving the recruitment strategy and ensuring the acquisition of top talent that aligns with our organisational goals for your region.
As a strategic business partner, you will be responsible for recruitment across Belgium & Switzerland and therefore:
- Manage a portfolio of requisitions, managing the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including HR, business leaders, and external partners.
- Proactively network and engage in the local market to identify and build talent pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and preferences and align hiring demand to their workforce plans.
- Provide credible and consultative advice and candidate market intel to the client during the entire recruitment lifecycle.
Your profile
- Proven experience in talent acquisition managing the full end-to-end lifecycle.
- Collaboration and Relationship Building: The ability to collaborate and build relationships with senior leadership, hiring managers, cross-functional teams, HR, leadership, and external partners.
- Extensive proficiency with proactive sourcing and talent community development.
- Ability to think commercially and strategically, developing solutions to complex talent acquisition challenges.
- Digital literacy – proficient in the utilisation of technology to drive efficiencies, continuous improvement, and increase the impact of TA across the business.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Knowledge of local labour laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
