Key Accountabilities
* Talent Acquisition Specialist: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to contract
signing.
* Talent Hunt: Source candidates using various databases, screen CVs and conducting interviews.
* Stay Connected: Provide regular updates to the business, Talent Acquisition Manager, and HR Business
Partners.
* Campaign Creator: Organize recruitment campaigns and employer branding actions to attract top
talent.
* Event Enthusiast: Coordinate and participate in job fairs, school visits, and job days.
* Project Participant: Get involved in various HR projects aimed at improving our efficiency, ways of
working,.
* Continuous Improvement: Propose initiatives to enhance our recruitment activities.
* Internship Coordinator: Oversee internships and ensure a smooth process.
* Onboarding Champion: Help new hires feel welcome with "Welcome Lunches" and "Welcome Gifts."
Jouw profiel
Who are we looking for?
* Up to 3 years of HR experience, ideally in selection and recruitment. Motivated young graduates are

* Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, or Social Sciences.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to set priorities.
* Team player with a results-oriented mindset.
