The Business and IT Solutions department is seeking a Functional Analyst with a strong interest in digital communication and marketing. You have solid analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of IT systems and digital platforms, and you can translate technical requirements into functional solutions for our organization. You will work closely with business analysts and software engineers in Agile teams to correctly assess end-user needs and translate them into high-quality functional analyses. You support the communication department by: Managing and technically improving our website and digital platforms Implementing and monitoring SEO, SEA, GEO and GEA strategies from a technical perspective Analyzing web traffic and reporting results using analytics tools Supporting the technical integration of social media, our email tool, the website and other digital platforms within our digital ecosystem Providing technical support and optimizing online marketing campaigns YOUR SKILLS Experience with CMS systems such as SiteFinity Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience with Google Analytics or other analytics tools Graphic design knowledge Experience with email marketing tools Good knowledge of UML diagrams and SQL Server databases Knowledge of XML/XSD Proficiency with Enterprise Architect is an asset Knowledge of Agile methods is an asset but not required Knowledge of both national languages (basic knowledge of the second language is required, along with the willingness to further develop it) PROFILE Specialization in IT or a digital communication background with IT skills At least two years of experience Strong attention to quality and detail Adaptable and flexible where needed Eager to learn and grow within a constantly evolving IT environment Actively and creatively seek answers and share them with the team
