Functieomschrijving Je courante activiteiten: finance en accounting ~ Je staat in voor de administratieve verwerking van de verrichtingen gekoppeld aan de samenwerking met banken, onder andere in het kader van de beleggingsportefeuille, de aanvraag van betaalkaarten, enz. ~ Je informeert de Treasury-manager over je bevindingen (bv. plaatsing cash op termijnrekeningen, nieuwe financiële regelgeving die de groep impacteert, enz.). ~ Je controleert de boekhoudkundige output in SAP. ~ Je werkt mee aan verschillende rapporteringstaken met betrekking tot beleggingen (gegevens controleren, gegevens aanvullen, rapporteringen opmaken, enz.), zowel naar interne klanten (het management) als naar externe partijen zoals auditors, regelgevers, e.a. Hiervoor maak je gebruik van de verschillende IT-programma's die beschikbaar zijn (SAP FICO, BW, enz.). ~ Je analyseert nieuwe boekhoudkundige normen of wijzingen aan de bestaande normen die betrekking hebben op de beleggingsportefeuille en cashelementen, en adviseert de Treasury-manager en hoofdaccountant hierover. ~ Je biedt hulp aan het gehele Finance-team en doet ad-hoc-onderzoek naar hoe bepaalde topics in de boekhouding werden verwerkt (bv. herverzekeringscontracten, enz.). Je consulteert hiervoor de verschillende SAP-systemen en maakt een analyse. Je staat in voor het administratieve proces rond het verstrekken van informatie aan interne en externe partijen, het maken van verslagen en deze rapporteren aan stakeholders, enz. Je werkt tijdens het auditproces samen met het team ter ondersteuning van de interne en externe audits. Je werkt mee aan huidige en toekomstige projecten en aan de testprocessen van nieuwe systemen en tools. Je werkt mee aan het opstellen van openbare aanbestedingen met betrekking tot thesaurie-projecten en met de analyse van de voorstellen tot dienstverlening die worden toegezonden door mogelijke dienstverleners. Je hebt een eerste ervaring binnen boekhouding. Je kan zeer goed overweg met de IT-toepassingen van MS Office, waaronder MS Excel. Kennis van SAP is een troef. Je werkt nauwkeurig en met zin voor kwaliteit. Als collega weet je een goede balans te vinden tussen zelfstandig en in team werken. Je bent contactvaardig, schrikt niet terug voor klantencontacten en beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands of Frans, en het Engels.
