Enzo Tech Group are working with a Belgian professional services organisation who are embarking on a payroll stabilisation and process improvement programme. They require a Belgium Payroll Consultant (Contractor) to join them on a 6-month contract. This role will focus on end-to-end Belgian payroll delivery, compliance, and operational improvement during a period of change. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver end-to-end Belgian payroll on a monthly basis • Manage payroll inputs including starters, leavers, absences, sickness, and benefits • Ensure compliance with Belgian payroll legislation (ONSS/RSZ, withholding tax, holiday pay) • Produce payroll reconciliations and support finance reporting requirements • Act as the main point of contact for payroll queries and external payroll providers Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proven hands-on experience delivering Belgian payroll • Strong knowledge of Belgian payroll legislation and compliance requirements • Experience working with external payroll providers or in-house payroll teams • Strong Excel skills and reconciliation experience • Ability to operate independently in a contract environment Contract Details: • Duration: 6 months • Hybrid working model (2–3 days onsite in Belgium) • Location: Brussels, Belgium
