Talencia is looking for a Business Process Analyst with a strong background in production environments. Do you excel at analysing end-to-end processes, identifying bottlenecks, and driving meaningful improvements?If yes, we'd love to hear from youLocation: : Leuven/St Pieters-Leeuw (hybrid work model)Start date: ASAPDuration: 6 months with extensionDescriptionYou MAP and optimize key end-to-end business processes: from order intake to production and delivery, establishing the necessary links with Finance.You identify the key bottlenecks and inefficiencies in existing business processes and workflows.You propose potential improvements and optimizations.You focus on eliminating bottlenecks, reducing risks, improving efficiency, and streamlining workflows.You improve the performance of key processes by reducing risks, lowering costs, and eliminating non-productive activities.You take a project-based approach: analyzing systems, assessing how they can be optimized, and proposing concrete improvement initiatives.You work frequently and closely with different stakeholders across the organization.Required profileExperienceSenior-level experience as a Business Process AnalystProfessional background not limited to IT, experience in production environments is essentialNo junior profiles (they are looking for qualitative, seasoned experience)Skills & competenciesExperience with (IT-driven) production processes and end-to-end business processesExperience with administrative and financial processesAffinity and insight into IT processes and controls related to production and administrative workflowsPragmatic mindsetHands-on approachNice to have: experience in production cost calculationsNice to have: ability to build business casesLanguagesNative-level dutch is a mustGood knowledge of French is an assetSoft skillsStrong communication skillsAbility to challenge, influence, and collaborate with diverse stakeholdersAutonomous and proactiveStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset
