Als Training specialist Health & Safety ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, coördineren en geven van trainingen op het gebied van veiligheid en gezondheid. Als Training specialist Health & Safety werk je nauw samen met onze productiediensten om de medewerkers op te leiden en bewust te maken van het belang van een veilige en gezonde werkomgeving.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden van de Training specialist:

  • Ontleden en definiëren van de opleidings- en ontwikkelingsbehoeften op vlak van veiligheid en gezondheid voor de volledige organisatie als voor de individuele (productie)diensten.
  • Omzetten van de behoeften naar algemene of op maat gemaakte trainingen.
  • Geven van interactieve trainingssessies en interne medewerkers opleiden om trainingen te geven.
  • Evalueren van de trainingsresultaten en opvolgen en waar nodig aanpassingen doen.
  • Opzetten en beheren van een H&S competentie-ontwikkelingsmatrix voor leidinggevenden.

Naar wie we op zoek zijn:

  • Minimum een bachelordiploma bezitten of gelijkgesteld door ervaring.
  • PA2 attest behaald hebben.
  • Solide ervaring met het ontwikkelen en geven van trainingen.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een passie voor veiligheid.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en initiatief nemen.
  • Interesse in nieuwe leermethodes en de nodige creativiteit om deze te implementeren.
  • Nederlands spreken en schrijven en goede kennis van MS Office.

In onze afdeling PMR (Precious Metals Refining) produceren we oplossingen op basis van basis- en edelmetalen. De sleutel tot ons succes is innovatie.
