De Witzenmann-groep is de wereldwijd toonaangevende expert voor het veilig en efficiënt geleiden van media en energie. In het moederbedrijf met vestiging in Pforzheim (Duitsland) en in 22 bedrijven in 17 landen wereldwijd heeft het familiebedrijf ca. 4.400 medewerkers in dienst. In 2023 is een omzet van ca. 800 miljoen Euro bereikt.
Lokaal sterk verankerd: Sinds 1969 is WITZENMANN BENELUX NV de referentie voor hoogwaardige flexibele en starre buisverbindingen. Zo'n 180 enthousiaste collega's werken in onze productievestiging in Oelegem (Antwerpen – België) dagelijks aan de ontwikkeling en productie van kwalitatieve, innovatieve en duurzame producten voor onze klanten.

De functie in een notendop:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van de Purchase afdeling.
- Je leidt, coacht en beoordeelt 2 Purchasers.
- Je draagt zorg voor de continuïteit van onze productie door het opstelen en uitvoeren van een effectief aankoopbeleid.
- Je neemt het voortouw in het verder optimaliseren van relevante bedrijfprocessen.
- Je garandeert een doordacht stockbeheer.
- Je werkt heel nauw samen met Productie, Logistiek en Sales.
- Door je materiaal- en marktkennis ben je als Productmanager hét aanspreekpunt.
- Deze functie combineert zowel strategische als operationele activiteiten.
Wat we van jou verwachten?
- Je combineert een goede materiaal- en marktkennis met een technische achtergrond.
- People- en verandermanagement hebben voor jou geen geheimen.
- Je bent communicatief en hebt een proactieve houding.
- Je hebt minimaal een Bachelor in een technische richting op zak of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Idealiter heb je een eerste ervaring in Purchase en als Product manager.
- Je hebt oog voor efficiëntieverbeteringen en kansen tot automatisatie en standaardisatie. Kennis van Lean is een duidelijke plus.
- Goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.
- Je kan vlot werken met courante software en neemt snel nieuwe systemen op.
