Senior VP

The Senior VP - External Reporting role in Brussels, within the Financial Services sector, offers the opportunity to lead regulatory and external reporting, drive key initiatives, and ensure the highest standards of accuracy and governance in a complex multinational environment. Your responsibilities as a Senior VP - External Reporting : Understanding, oversight of production and review of FINREP reporting at consolidated and individual level Understanding of Belgium and other EU statistical reporting and involvement in ESG reporting Detailed interpretation of new products and regulations impacting regulatory submissions Work in a strong operational control environment for data production and reporting, e.g. certification, analytical review and checklists carried out to the required level. Adherence to regulatory governance policies Work with other functional and business areas such as Corporate Treasury, Risk and Compliance, Legal and Business line management in the production of regulatory returns Provide support to projects supporting the business in achieving its objectives regarding regulatory reporting, compliance with new regulatory rules, and advisory work on business changes and restructurings Provide support to the manager in assisting the business and business partner departments on the impact of new business initiatives and new regulatory rules Other: Stay abreast of legislative and regulatory developments, and maintain knowledge of external reporting requirements and procedures. Perform other functions as required from time to time About you : You have 10 years of experience within the banking sector with a very good knowledge of banking products.
