About the CompanyFor a science-driven AgriTech scale-up revolutionizing agriculture with biological soil activators and crop protection solutions we are looking for a Business Development Manager to expand their global footprint.About the RoleYOUR MISSION: You will own the company’s international commercial strategy, building strong distributor networks and converting field trials into recurring sales. Acting as a bridge between science and the market, you will be the ambassador of the products to farmers, distributors, and key agribusiness partners.ResponsibilitiesYour success in the first year will mean:Anchoring active, high-performing distributors in key marketsBoosting the company’s brand recognition worldwideConverting trials into commercial adoptionBuilding long-term relationships with farmers, cooperatives, and distributorsLead international business development across Europe, Latin America, Asia, and the Middle EastIdentify, negotiate, and close agreements with distributors, cooperatives, and major farm ownersActively manage distributors, ensuring they are trained, supported, and commercially effectiveSupport and coordinate field trials and demonstrations, translating scientific results into practical benefitsWork closely with R&D and scientific leadership to bring products to marketTravel extensively to open doors, support trials, and engage key accountsContribute to brand awareness, market strategy, and education initiativesQualificationsEducational background in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, or related fieldRequired SkillsStrong understanding of agronomy, soil biology, biostimulants, and biological crop protectionExperience in technico-commercial roles, business development, or sales in agriculture or AgriTechEntrepreneurial, self-starter, and highly autonomousStrong negotiator and closer, comfortable managing complex international dealsRelationship-driven, able to communicate with farmers, distributors, scientists, and executivesHigh energy, resilient, and willing to travel extensivelyLanguages: Fluent English required.
