Goodman CE is looking for a colleague to join the Ops Accelerators team, a cross functional team focused on supporting the business by turning raw data into valuable insights the domains of process improvement, business intelligence, knowledge management and technology. In the team you will play a key technical role in maintaining the data warehouse through the development of ETL-processes and certified datasets while safeguarding the integrity and quality of the information within the data warehouse.
More concretely, this means you will get the opportunity:
- Design and maintain a framework for data quality within the Data Warehouse (DWH) and ETL development;
- Create and maintain documentation related to ETL processes;
- Administer and monitor Azure components and the analytical environment;
- Define and enforce best practices and standards for BI tools;
- Gather, challenge and validate end-user requirements based on BI tool capabilities;
- Follow BI tools' evolution and advise on upgrade/migration actions;
- Optimize Azure environment, including scaling up or out as needed, DWH performance and tuning of ETL processes;
- Conduct technical testing on DWH solutions, troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to ETL and data warehousing;
**Do you recognize yourself?**
- 2 years' experience in ETL development;
- Experience in Data modelling;
- Experience in Azure and the Microsoft BI platforms;
- Proficiency in SQL and database management concepts;
- Ability to communicate and engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders;
- Flexible and getting things done (hands on mentality);
- Ability to work independently and drive projects autonomously;
- Team player and ability to work within a dynamic team environment;
- Fluent written and spoken knowledge of English
- Experience in construction and or real estate is a plus.
