We are looking for a bright Optimization Consultant & Coaching Lead to join our Life Science team based in Louvain-la-Neuve.

As a Optimization Consultant & Coaching Lead, you will become an expert on our unique clinical supply chain forecasting, risk management, and optimization software by working on client deliverables and optimizing the clinical supply chain of our pharma and biotech partners. You will support various departments such as clinical supplies, clinical operations, and manufacturing in reducing the waste and cost of clinical trials, managing the risk for patients, and optimizing the manufacturing of drug substance and drug product. You will leverage your acquired technical and business expertise and play a vital role in facilitating the utilization of our solution by our clients by providing them continuous coaching and support.

What you'll do:

• Advanced analytics:
  • We bring value to our clients by using the latest technologies and analytical methods such as complex modelling and simulation and optimization techniques.
  • You will learn to use our clinical trial forecasting, risk management, and optimization software to provide operational and strategic insights to our pharma partners.
  • You will help our clients to reach their strategic objectives by implementing our optimization solutions and services in order to perfectly manage risk for patients and decrease the waste and cost of their clinical trials.
  • You will need to understand our clients’ needs, defining requirements, gathering information and data, identifying key parameters, constraints, and opportunities for optimization, as well as explaining project outcomes and optimization added value.
• User Support:
  • You will provide ongoing (remote) coaching and support to users whenever needed, assisting them in navigating specific situations and challenges encountered while using our solution.
  • Proactively troubleshoot issues that arise during client interactions, providing timely resolutions and recommendations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their unique needs and requirements, tailor training and coaching solutions accordingly, and highlight the optimization added value from our services and products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve user engagement materials, methodologies, and the overall user experience.
  • Monitor client usage and engagement with the software, identifying opportunities for additional training or support.
  • Analyze client feedback and usage data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in the user engagement process.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in clinical trial supply, and incorporate relevant insights into user engagement activities.
• Project management:
  • Our projects typically involve multiple stakeholders from different departments such as manufacturing, clinical supplies, sourcing, clinical operations, distribution, operational excellence, technology, and finance. Working as part of a team of consultants from diverse backgrounds, you will be in charge of client projects dealing with supply planning, budget, and quality.

About you:

• Master Degree in Engineering/Business Engineering or Applied Mathematics.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in client-facing roles such as Management Consulting, Customer Success, User Engagement, or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative in identifying and addressing client needs.
• You understand complex SC/business problems and proactively propose solutions.
• You are passionate about advanced analytics technology (optimization) with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen understanding of customer needs and pain points and the ability to resolve issues on the spot and provide effective solutions.
• You are a team player, creative, with a high sense of responsibility and initiative.
• You are highly organized and able to multi-task.
• You have excellent project management skills with a proactive and constructive approach.
• You are eager to be an active part of an international, fast-growing company.

Travel: 10% (must be open to international travel)
