What you will do Operate and continuously improve the Microsoft Security stack Monitor, analyze, and follow up on security alerts, events, and vulnerabilities Perform incident response and threat hunting Manage and optimize identity & access security (MFA, Conditional Access, PIM) Track and improve Microsoft Secure Score and device compliance Coordinate security actions and remediation with internal teams Ensure security controls, assets, and processes are documented and auditable Act as a security advisor and evangelist across IT and business teams Follow up on security changes and new developments in the Microsoft ecosystem What you bring Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Security operations Proven expertise with Microsoft Defender (Endpoint, Identity, Cloud) Solid background as a System Engineer (Windows, AD, infrastructure) Experience with IAM (Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, PIM) Knowledge of security frameworks (ISO27001, NIST, CIS, CyberFundamentals) Experience with incident response and threat hunting Familiarity with Azure, Intune/MECM, VMware, networking & firewalls Fluent Dutch and professional working English Security certifications are a strong plus Interested?
