Bedrijf Het Instituut van de Bedrijfsrevisoren (IBR) is de bij wet opgerichte beroepsorganisatie van de bedrijfsrevisoren. Tot de belangrijkste taken van het IBR behoren de organisatie van de toegang tot het beroep en de permanente vorming alsook de dienstverlening aan de bedrijfsrevisoren. De bedrijfsrevisor is een onafhankelijke deskundige ten dienste van de ondernemingen wiens belangrijkste taak eruit bestaat de betrouwbaarheid van de jaarrekeningen te verzekeren. Zijn missie bestaat erin het vertrouwen in financiële informatie te versterken en een transparante economie te bevorderen. Functie Binnen de dienst Regelgeving, die uit een tiental medewerkers bestaat, draag je bij aan volgende taken: Je voert diverse opdrachten en analyses uit van juridische, fiscale en economische aard (vragen van bedrijfsrevisoren, opzoekingen, adviezen, enz.) en je stelt nota's op voor interne en externe stakeholders Je ondersteunt projecten in de publieke sector Je draagt bij aan diverse publicaties, normatieve documenten en communicatie van het IBR Je ondersteunt actief commissies en werkgroepen (Commissie normen voor de beroepsuitoefening, Juridische commissie, Commissie ESG, Commissie publieke sector) Je volgt relevante wetgeving op en vertaalt deze naar praktische richtlijnen voor de sector Je bereidt de antwoorden voor op de vragen gesteld aan de helpdesk van het Informatiecentrum voor het Bedrijfsrevisoraat (ICCI) Profiel Je hebt een masterdiploma in de rechten of in de economie met interesse voor juridische zaken Je hebt een gedegen kennis van het vennootschapsrecht. Entreprise L'Institut des Réviseurs d'Entreprises (IRE) est l'organisation professionnelle des réviseurs d'entreprises créée par la loi. Parmi ses principales missions figurent l'organisation de l'accès à la profession, la formation permanente ainsi que les services fournis aux réviseurs d'entreprises. Le réviseur d'entreprises est un expert indépendant au service des entreprises dont la tâche principale est d'assurer la fiabilité des comptes annuels et consolidés. Sa mission vise à renforcer la confiance dans l'information financière et à promouvoir une économie transparente. Fonction Au sein du service Réglementation, qui compte une dizaine de personnes, vous contribuez aux tâches suivantes : Vous réalisez diverses missions et analyses de nature juridique, fiscale et économique (questions de réviseurs d'entreprises, recherches, avis, etc.) et vous rédigez des notes pour les parties prenantes internes et externes Vous soutenez des projets dans le secteur public Vous contribuez à diverses publications, documents normatifs et communications de l'IRE Vous soutenez activement des commissions et groupes de travail (Commission des normes pour l'exercice professionnel, Commission juridique, Commission ESG, Commission secteur public) Vous assurez le suivi de la législation pertinente et la traduisez en directives pratiques pour le secteur Vous préparez les réponses aux questions adressées au helpdesk du Centre d'Information pour le Révisorat d'Entreprises (ICCI) Profil Vous êtes titulaire d'un master en droit ou en économie avec un intérêt pour les matières juridiques Vous avez une bonne connaissance du droit des sociétés.
