Description
Wat zijn de verantwoordelijkheden van een Recruitment Consultant?
- Beheer je jouw eigen klantenportefeuille en bezoek je hen persoonlijk op regelmatige basis.
- Ga je aan de slag als expert en ondersteun jij jouw klanten met cruciale kennis en marktinzichten.
- Ga je samen op zoek naar de perfecte fit op vlak van ervaring en persoonlijkheid om zo op lange termijn levens positief te beïnvloeden.
- Bouw je lange termijn samenwerkingsverbanden uit met zowel klanten als kandidaten.
- Ben je A-Z betrokken in het proces: Je onderhandelt alles vanaf het commercieel contract tot en met het uiteindelijke contract van jouw kandidaat.
- Focus jij je op jouw business, zijnde locatie- of sectorspecifiek.
