Qualifications requises
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un bachelier en technologies de l'information ;
- Vous disposez d'une expérience équivalente dans une fonction similaire avec un ou plusieurs des modules SAP suivants : SD (sales and distribution), TM (transportation management), MM (materials management and procurement), PP (production planning and execution), WM (warehouse management), FI (finance), EAM (enterprise asset management - maintenance), GRC (governance risk and compliance), SAP MDG (master data governance).
- Vous avez une solide compréhension des processus commerciaux et des meilleures pratiques dans les modules pertinents ;
- Vous êtes désireux d'apprendre, méthodique et avez d'excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes ;
- Vous avez des compétences efficaces en communication et en relations interpersonnelles pour collaborer avec toutes les parties prenantes ;
- Vous aimez l'autonomie et le travail d'équipe ;
- La détention d'une certification ITIL et/ou SAP est considérée comme un atout majeur ;
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance de l'anglais.
Tâches principales
- Analyser les exigences métier et les traduire en solutions techniques SAP S4 ;
- Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour concevoir, configurer et mettre en œuvre des solutions techniques SAP S4 qui répondent aux besoins de l'entreprise ;
- Effectuer des tests et garantir une assistance pour la réussite de la mise en œuvre et de l'adoption des solutions SAP S4 ;
- Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des processus et fournir des recommandations pour améliorer l'efficience et l'efficacité du système ;
- Développer et maintenir la documentation y compris les spécifications fonctionnelles, les flux de processus, les tests et les guides d'utilisation ;
- Fournir une assistance et un dépannage continus pour les problèmes liés à SAP S4.
