About the job:Based in Brussels, Belgium you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO's Digital Endeavour. You will join CSU Brussels, which is the leading provider of Communications and Information System (CIS) products and services to locally based NATO entities such as the NATO Headquarters and International and Military Staff. CSU Brussels enables end-to-end CIS services and manages critical technological capabilities during peacetime, crisis and war.
We are looking for two roles: a driven and enthusiastic Senior Project Manager (G17) and a core-level Project Manager (G15) who will take on the following roles and responsibilities:
- Leads all activities linked to one or more projects of varying size and complexity to deliver products to the customer (both external and internal) with direct business impact and firm deadlines;
- Takes full responsibility for the definition, approach, facilitation and satisfactory completion of projects;
- Identifies risks and vulnerabilities, assesses their impact and probability, develops mitigation strategies and reports to the business;
- Responsible for the definition, execution and satisfactory completion of his/her projects, including preparation and submission of a Price Proposal, support in the release of a Contractual Package, contribute to the Source Selection process and monitor, manage, and control the project through to completion;
- Ensure quality reviews occur on schedule and produces accurate status reports.

About you:The valuable knowledge and experience that you bring to this role are:
- A Bachelor's degree from a nationally recognized/certified university in a related discipline and 2 - 3 years post-related experience. Or, a different educational qualification with 6 - 10 years extensive and progressive expertise post related experience;
- Recent experience in project management of C4ISR acquisition and/or development projects for a large organization;
- Experience in project management tools, managing cost and labor;
- Experience in ICT infrastructure (e.g. data centers, networking, security, end user devices) implementation projects.
- Experience in communicating to higher management and large groups (briefings, written and oral presentations);
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented attitude;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Genuinely meaningful work as part of the most successful alliance in history;
