Vous êtes responsable d'un ensemble de missions variées : le suivi technique de projets de construction au niveau de la structure du bâtiment, les audits de bâtiments existants. L'établissement d'une relation avec le client basé sur la confiance et le dialogue est une partie essentielle du rôle de l'ingénieur.

Votre rôle en tant qu'Ingénieur de projets :
  • Suivi technique de projets de construction au niveau de la structure du bâtiment et audits de bâtiments existants.
  • Établissement d'une relation avec le client basé sur la confiance et le dialogue ; communication claire et transparente est clé.
  • Intérêt pour les structures et les calculs de stabilité, avec des visites sur place.
  • Aptitude à apprécier les techniques innovantes et l'art traditionnel de la construction, avec gestion proactive des clients et de leurs projets.
Votre rôle en tant qu'ingénieur de chantier :
  • Assurer la bonne qualité technique d'un portefeuille varié de projets de construction et de génie civil.
  • Veiller à la bonne exécution de manière hebdomadaire.
  • Travailler avec une équipe d'ingénieurs en charge d'études et, si souhaité, effectuer vos propres calculs structurels.
Votre profil :
  • Ingénieur civil en construction ou ingénieur civil-architecte ou ingénieur industriel avec des connaissances en stabilité.
  • Communicatif avec goût pour l'interaction avec les clients.
  • Expérience professionnelle pertinente dans le domaine de la construction ou du génie civil d'au moins 2 ans.
  • Maitrise du français et solides connaissances en néerlandais et en anglais.
  • Permis de conduire B requis.
  • Capacité à inspecter l'enveloppe des bâtiments sans vertige.

Langues requises :
