Head of E-Commerce

Head of Ecommerce Growth Strategy We are seeking a strategic leader to lead our eCommerce growth strategy and strengthen our brand presence in key European markets. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong B2B and B2C eCommerce background, who thrives in a dynamic environment and is motivated to drive meaningful, measurable impact. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement an online sales growth strategy for the BeNeLux and UK markets. Plan and ensure the delivery of sales through the website and marketplaces. Develop and optimise the website: functionality, content, conversion rate and UX. Analyse traffic, sales and user behaviour, generate insights and implement improvements. Plan and coordinate marketing activities aimed at increasing online sales. Work with the customer base and open new acquisition channels to drive revenue growth. Optimise and enhance the CRM system to increase its effectiveness for sales and marketing. Build the team, organise its work and improve overall performance. Qualifications Experience in senior or managerial roles in e-commerce, with a focus on strategy, operations and growth, for at least five years. Experience managing B2B/B2C relationships, preferably within a marketplace or digital platform environment. A strong understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem, including platforms, technologies and key digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing). Fluency in English to collaborate effectively with colleagues and partners across Europe. Well‑developed analytical skills, with the ability to work with data, identify trends and make informed, data‑driven decisions. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Customer‑centric approach and commercial mindset, with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional experience for partners and clients.
