L'objectif du Project Manager est de coordonner des projets (tant la rénovation de bâtiments que des projets techniques) sur le site de l'aéroport afin de garantir le développement et l'optimisation continue de l'infrastructure aéroportuaire.
Dans cette fonction, vous rapporterez au Senior Project Manager.
Ce que vous réaliserez chez nous :
En tant que Project Manager, vous suivrez des projets de A à Z. Ces tâches en sont indissociables :
- Étude préliminaire et étude des projets : analyse des besoins, rédaction du cahier des charges, évaluation des offres et création d'une shortlist des fournisseurs intéressants (en collaboration avec Procurement)
- Organisation et gestion des travaux jusqu'à la livraison définitive : coordination des fournisseurs et sous-traitants, suivi des résultats, gestion des fiches techniques, etc.
- Gestion administrative et financière : préparation des demandes de prix et des estimations de coûts, suivi du budget, contrôle des états d'avancement, gestion des dossiers de sinistres, etc.
Ce qui vous distingue :
- Vous avez une vaste expérience dans les projets de construction et une bonne connaissance des diverses techniques spéciales
- Vous passez sans hésitation du néerlandais au français et à l'anglais dans vos échanges
- Vous vous décrivez comme orienté résultats et hands-on
- Le contact avec différents stakeholders est ce qui vous motive, que ce soit en interne, en externe, et à tous les niveaux
