Job Description
The Atlas Copco Specialty Rental Division has embarked on a transformative journey to implement a next-generation application landscape. The SPARK program is set to revolutionize our business with a robust and future-proof solution. Our ambitious growth plans necessitate an upgraded business system and its satellite applications: We are developing a global solution template within the Salesforce and SAP act ecosystems to harmonize and standardize Specialty Rental's end-to-end processes. This template will be implemented in all Specialty Rental regions globally over the coming years, including the European region which is the focus of this position.
Atlas Copco Rental Europe seeks an ERP Integration Manager to drive and coordinate the SAP act roll-out across European countries as the project's second phase. With successful rollouts of Salesforce CPQ and Field Service achieved, your mission will be crucial in this next step. You will report to the Business Controller of Atlas Copco Rental Europe.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Act as the primary interface between the SPARK team and regional business stakeholders (GM, regional/local management, BKUs, and end users).
- Manage the solution rollout and serve as the first point of escalation for multiple countries/entities.
- Coordinate and ensure the availability of regional/local BKUs and end users (test/training/data) per the rollout plan.
- Align closely with the central template team and program team on rollout and change management activities.
- Execute change management within the region (e.g., communication) and act as an ambassador for the program.
- Manage regional/local stakeholders (regional/country management, other stakeholders).
- Identify potential risks and propose mitigating actions to the central template/program team.
- Share best practices with other regional leads from other clusters.
Personality, Experience & Educational Requirements
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, including defining, organizing, planning, and executing projects from vision through implementation. A strong focus on organizational change management is essential.
The ability to analyze and solve issues with a solution-oriented approach is critical. Candidates must be resilient and able to work under pressure to achieve project goals and milestones. Solid leadership and communication skills are required.
Proficiency in English is a must, and she or he ideally holds a Bachelor's or University degree.
