Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, RetrospectiveEnsure correct and efficient use of the Scrum frameworkSupport the Product Owner with backlog refinement and prioritizationHelp the team deliver Sprint Backlog items and meet the Definition of DoneTrack team capacity and velocity for planning and reportingRemove impediments and shield the team from distractionsCoach the squad to improve self-organisation, collaboration, and Agile maturityPromote best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvementAddress risks, issues, and blockers effectivelyTake delivery ownership for features managed by the squadManage and follow up on team dependenciesExperience RequiredMinimum 2 years of recent Scrum Master experienceStrong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologiesExperience with Agile tools such as JiraUnderstanding of automated unit testing, automated functional testing, and continuous integration practicesSolid knowledge of project managementEnglish mandatory; Dutch or French is a plusMaster's degree or equivalentStrong soft skills: servant leadership, empathy, excellent communication, team-building mindset, proactive, collaborative, supports continuous improvement, promotes trust and open feedback, encourages autonomyAbility to guide teams without imposing authority, using persuasion and coachingHybrid working ability (50% on-site / 50% homeworking)
