Scrum Master Remote from Belgium is allowed 6 months B2B / Freelancing Contract The scrum master needs to have prior experience with Network projects for global organization like Carrier. Need to be familiar with network terminology Key Responsibilities Serve as Scrum Master for network and infrastructure Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Remove impediments and blockers impacting network delivery (e.g., dependencies, resource constraints, vendor coordination) Collaborate with Product Owners to help manage and refine the product backlog, ensuring network work items are clearly defined and prioritized · Coordinate cross-team dependencies involving network, security, cloud, and application teams · Promote continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability within the team · Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and sprint progress · Support planning and delivery of network initiatives such as WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, cloud networking, security integrations, and compliance requirements · Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders Required Qualifications · Working knowledge of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, SD-WAN, VPNs, cloud networking)· Experience working with cross-functional technical teams · Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager, preferably supporting network or infrastructure teams
