About the Role

As a Sales Executive (internally known as Network Advisor), you will play a key role in growing our members. Your focus will be on recruiting new members into our professional networks. You'll engage with executives, specialists, and leaders, identify their needs, and connect them with the right peer groups—opening doors to collaboration, learning, and new opportunities.

What You'll Do

Member Recruitment : Identify and connect with professionals who would benefit from our network. Understand their unique needs and match them with the right peer groups.

Build Meaningful Connections: Act as a trusted advisor, helping professionals build relationships that support their career and business success.

Empower Professional Growth: By facilitating access to the right peer group / network, you'll help executives and business leaders learn, share, and thrive in a supportive network.

Who You Are

You enjoy connecting with people and have a natural talent for building relationships—whether through calls, virtual meetings, or networking opportunities.

You are goal-driven and thrive on creating value while delivering results.

Sales experience or a background in relationship-building roles is valuable, but we welcome candidates from all professional paths who are eager to learn and grow.

Experience with Salesforce is a plus, but not required—we'll provide the tools and support to help you succeed.

A strong command of English is preferred, and proficiency in any additional European language is a bonus.
