Om onze verdere groei te ondersteunen, zijn we op zoek naar een (m/v): Quality Engineer
Wat houdt dat in?
- Na een introductie en training, zijn jouw belangrijkste taken de analyse, opvolging en oplossing van kwaliteitsproblemen binnen ons bedrijf en bij onze leveranciers.
- Als Quality Engineer ben je hands-on en hou je ervan om op de productievloer aanwezig te zijn. Je schrikt er niet voor terug om situaties aan den lijve te ondervinden of oplossingen zelf uit te testen indien nodig.
- Je kijkt verder dan de 'quick-fix' voor een probleem, analyseert processen en bedenkt blijvende oplossingen om problemen in de toekomst te vermijden.
- Je neemt ownership bij kwaliteitsproblemen en werkt nauw samen met collega's uit R&D, Aankoop, Supply Chain, Logistiek, Productie en Aftersales om oplossingen te vinden en implementeren.
- Aan de hand van voorbeelden en KPI's breng je Quality onder de aandacht en weet je mensen te motiveren.
- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Operations/Plant Manager.
Dit heb je in huis:
- Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting, of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden en steekt ook graag de handen uit de mouwen.
- Je gaat diplomatisch te werk en weet hoe je mensen moet motiveren om tot het gewenste resultaat te komen.
- Je werkt zelfstandig, praktisch en gaat praktijkgericht aan de slag.
- Je bent sterk in communicatie en spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
- Kennis van ISO9001 en kwaliteitstechnieken (5WHY, pareto, kaizen, gemba, …) en ervaring met het uitvoeren van kwaliteitsaudits zijn een pluspunt.
