Het streven naar perfectie is de kern van de bedrijfscultuur door 'Passie voor perfectie' FunctieAls Business Development Manager ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het uitbreiden van het klantenbestand in de logistieke sector, met een focus op warehousing. Je ontwikkelt zakelijke relaties en benut groeikansen in de markt.Jouw taken:Actieve prospectie & klantenwerving: Zoek en identificeer nieuwe marktkansen om het klantenbestand uit te breiden.Relatiebeheer & klantbezoeken: Bouw langdurige relaties op en presenteer op maat gemaakte magazijnoplossingen.Contractonderhandelingen & maatwerkoplossingen: Werk samen met collega's om oplossingen voor klanten te ontwikkelen en onderhandel over contracten.Marktmonitoring: Volg trends en concurrentie om kansen en veranderingen snel te herkennen en in te spelen op klantbehoeften.Verkoopdoelstellingen behalen: Werk resultaatgericht en rapporteer je vorderingen aan de Commercial Director.Bedrijfsambassadeur: Vertegenwoordig het bedrijf op beurzen en evenementen, breid ons netwerk uit en promoot onze diensten. ProfielVoor deze vacature zoeken wij volgend profiel:Minimaal 5 jaar commerciële ervaring in de logistieke sector.Diepgaande kennis van warehousing en enige affiniteit met transport en maritieme sector.Ervaring met warehouse automatisatie is een grote plus.Je bent resultaatgericht, proactief en een echte teamplayer.Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands en Engels (Frans is een plus).Idealiter ben je woonachtig tussen Antwerpen en Gent en bereid om regelmatig te reizen.
