Financial Controller - Your key responsibilities As Financial Controller, reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a central role in structuring and supporting the company's growth: Build, monitor and follow up the annual budget and forecasts Analyze financial performance and explain variances to management Develop and improve KPIs, dashboards and reporting tools Support monthly and yearly closings in collaboration with accounting Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize financial processes Financial Controller - Your profile Experience: 3–5 years in controlling, financial analysis or audit (industrial environment is a strong plus) Languages: Fluent French with a good command of English Education: Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration Financial Controller - What's on offer Salary: Up to approximately €75,000 gross/year, depending on experience Company car with fuel card Meal vouchers: €8/day Group insurance Net expenses: €200/month Laptop & mobile phone 29 days of vacation A hands-on, entrepreneurial environment where initiative is valued Close collaboration with decision-makers and visible impact on growth If you're looking for more than just a reporting role and want to build, improve and grow alongside an ambitious company, this could be your next step.
