Het dynamische reception team van Cegeka bestaat uit een 9-tal medewerkers, verspreid over de sites van Hasselt (Universiteitslaan en Corda Campus), Antwerpen, Leuven en Gent. Samen met het reception team zorg je voor een uitstekende en warme dienstverlening naar onze bezoekers en medewerkers toe. Jij weet wat belangrijk is voor hen en je speelt graag in op hun vragen en behoeften. Je zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe medewerkers een vlotte start kunnen maken bij Cegeka doordat je hen de nodige informatie en service verleent bij het opstarten, daarna blijf je hun hele carrière paraat staan met raad en daad om hun ervaring binnen Cegeka te optimaliseren.
Je coördineert verschillende interne processen (travel & mobile), brengt bezorgdheden in kaart en in overleg met jouw collega's uit andere afdelingen of externe partijen ga je actief op zoek naar oplossingen. Daarnaast zorg je voor de interne rapportering en bijsturing om zo onze richtlijn van Digital First te promoten en interne stakeholders hierop aan te sturen. De digitalisatie van dit proces en het belang hiervan in Cegeka's ESG verhaal zullen jou de komende jaren bezighouden. Via het loggen van service tickets en de nauwe samenwerking op de werkvloer hou jij jouw Facility collega's op de hoogte van verbeteringen die kunnen uitgevoerd worden en vormen jullie samen 1 groot team.
In jouw rol als coördinator van het reception team, coach, begeleid, inspireer en motiveer je jouw teamleden. Je helpt hen in het uitbouwen van hun expertise en persoonlijke ontwikkeling en stelt de planning op.

Vaardigheden
- Je hebt een bachelor diploma en minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol.
- Bij voorkeur heb je ervaring met het aansturen van medewerkers die geografisch verspreid zitten.
- Je hebt een aangename can-do en hands-on attitude.
- Je treedt graag in contact met mensen.
- Je hebt een probleemoplossend denkvermogen en je past je vlot aan, aan veranderende omstandigheden.
- Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden, bent klantgericht en werkt proactief.
- Je standplaats is Cegeka Hasselt maar je bent bereid om je te verplaatsen naar Cegeka Antwerpen, Cegeka Leuven en Cegeka Gent.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Frans is een plus.
