Functieomschrijving Bij Credendo zorgen we ervoor dat onze infrastructuur en datacenterdiensten betrouwbaar, performant en veilig functioneren. Deze cloud diensten vormen de ruggengraat van onze ICT-omgeving en zijn cruciaal voor het realiseren van onze bedrijfsdoelstellingen. Als Service Delivery Manager cloud ben je verantwoordelijk voor het end-to-end beheer van deze diensten, inclusief de coördinatie van interne teams en externe leveranciers, Nviso en Infosys. Je maakt deel uit van het Service Integration and Management-team (SIAM), dat verantwoordelijk is voor het ondersteunen van eindgebruikers met kwaliteitsvolle service binnen de hele groep, met een focus op communicatie, continue verbetering, klantbetrokkenheid en het beheer van de outsourcingpartners van het bedrijf. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor alle Azure cloud datacentergerelateerde diensten en zorgt ervoor dat de afgesproken servicelevels worden gehaald. Je vertaalt strategische doelstellingen naar operationele processen en bewaakt de naleving van SLA’s en KPI’s. Je beheert de contracten en prestaties van externe leveranciers en volgt incidenten en changes op in de change advisory board. Je zorgt voor een continue verbetering van de dienstverlening. Je werkt samen met security- en compliance-teams om ervoor te zorgen dat alle infrastructuurcomponenten voldoen aan interne en externe normen. Je rapporteert regelmatig over prestaties, risico’s en verbeteracties aan het management. Je monitor ten optimaliseert de budgetten inzake infrastructuur binnen je bevoegdheden. Profiel Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma (of hoger) in ICT of een gerelateerd domein en minstens 5 jaar ervaring in service delivery of infrastructuurbeheer. Je hebt aantoonbare kennis van datacentertechnologieën, netwerkarchitectuur, virtualisatie in Microsoft Azure-omgevingen. Kennis van security- , Itil Proces- en compliancevereisten (ISO 20000, ISO 27001, DORA) is een pluspunt. Ervaring met ITIL-processen (incident-, problem-, change- en capacity management) is een must; ITIL-certificering is een troef. Je hebt ervaring met leveranciersmanagement en het opvolgen van SLA’s/KPI’s. Je bent communicatief sterk en kan zowel met technische teams als met business stakeholders schakelen. Je hebt een analytische geest en bent resultaatgericht. Je drukt je uitstekend uit, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk in het Engels, en je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands of het Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en denkt proactief na over optimalisaties en automatisering. Ervaring in een financiële of bancaire omgeving is een pluspunt.
