Welke kennis en ervaring verwachten we van jou?
- Je beschikt over een Master in de Rechten of Economie en bij voorkeur over een bijkomende opleiding in Fiscaliteit. Een lopende stage IAB of een erkenning is een extra troef;
- Je hebt een bijzondere interesse en expertise in fiscaliteit (vennootschapsbelasting, personenbelasting, aangiftewerk, advisering, herstructureringen);
- Je hebt bij voorkeur 5 tot 10 jaar relevante professionele werkervaring, bij voorkeur binnen een gerenommeerd accountancykantoor of een fiscaal advocatenkantoor;
- Je slaagt erin de juridische complexiteit van een dossier op een begrijpbare manier te communiceren naar cliënten en om te zetten in pragmatische en werkbare voorstellen;
- Je gaat zelfstandig te werk, maar combineert dit met een teamgerichte attitude;
- Je hebt oog voor detail en werkt nauwkeurig;
- Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels en je hebt voldoende noties van het Frans.
Wat zijn jouw belangrijkste taken?
- Als (sr) Manager Business Tax heb je een brede, algemene fiscale kennis en ben je het aanspreekpunt in fiscaliteit voor de klanten alsook voor de andere business units bij Moore Belgium (Accountancy, Audit, Corporate Finance, etc). Het Business & International Tax team vormt namelijk de brug tussen de klanten en de andere expert centers in verschillende fiscaaljuridische vakgebieden.
- Je adviseert interne en externe klanten van Moore over verschillende fiscaaljuridische vraagstukken inzake fiscaliteit en begeleidt de implementatie ervan.
- Je verleent bruikbaar advies op maat van de cliënt inzake vennootschapsbelasting, je neemt deel aan belastingcontroles, verleent bijstand bij de opmaak van fiscale aangiftes, etc.
- Je begeleidt de andere Tax Associates en je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de Audit- en Accountancy medewerkers.
- Je draagt bij aan het opbouwen van de fiscale/economische expertise via het schrijven van artikels, het voorbereiden van seminaries over actuele fiscale/economische topics en het opstellen en updaten van modeldocumenten.
