Deze functie is gevestigd in Brussel, binnen een familiaal en financieel gezond kantoor met een lange historiek en sterke reputatie. De organisatie telt ±75 medewerkers, bestaat meer dan 60 jaar, en combineert technische excellentie met een mensgerichte cultuur. Dit is een rol voor Head of Accounting / Accounting Managers die eigenaarschap, stabiliteit en technische diepgang zoeken. Uw rol als Head of Accounting Volledig verantwoordelijk voor de boekhouding van A tot Z, inclusief afsluitingen en jaarrekeningen Aansturen en coachen van een klein team, met focus op kwaliteit en continuïteit Optimaliseren en challengen van boekhoudprocessen om nauwkeurigheid en efficiëntie te verhogen Beheren van btw-aangiftes en fiscale verplichtingen, met aandacht voor correctheid en deadlines Een duidelijke scope, een centrale rol en een grote mate van vertrouwen. Wie we zoeken 5 tot 15 jaar ervaring in boekhouding binnen middelgrote tot grotere organisaties Master- of bacheloropleiding in accountancy, finance of een gelijkaardig domein Nederlands is vereist; kennis van Frans is een plus Wat u mag verwachten €72.000 tot €85.000 bruto per jaar, afhankelijk van ervaring en verantwoordelijkheden Elektrische bedrijfswagen of mobiliteitsbudget Netto onkostenvergoeding Maaltijdcheques (€8/dag) Groepsverzekering en hospitalisatieverzekering Tot 31 verlofdagen Tot 2 dagen thuiswerk per week Een stabiele, familiale werkomgeving waar medewerkers langdurig blijven Rechtstreekse samenwerking met CFO en management Een rol met autonomie, technische uitdaging en langetermijnperspectief Zeer makkelijk bereikbaar Dit is geen tijdelijke stap, maar een functie waarin u rust, erkenning en professionele maturiteit vindt.
