Hiring manager described: There isn't one project that I have in mind currently for either FA's. The hirings are done in the context of an accelerated roadmap, and there are always a lot of projects running in parallel. The goal would be that the analysts are fully part of the team, that means they will probably be involved in multiple projects as well as (over time) in the run activities. The projects can range from insurance product integration with direct to customer sales flows to automated claims handling and AI projects. Responsibilities Perform complex business, functional or process analysis of features fulfilling the (non) functional requirements. Build transversal domain knowledge in banking/insurance operations, products, and services. As well as some compliance/regulatory requirements. Apply advanced modelling languages/tools for analysis. Develop training materials to help stakeholders understand new systems or processes. Coordinate activities within the domain such as distribution of tasks, planning and follow up of the progress. Profile NL or FR language (fluent) + English Somewhat Senior Functional Analyst profile, ideally with Insurance/Banking exp Technical affinity, not programming() however an SQL query, API's, reviewing logs for analysis is expected. Ability to work autonomously, often on multiple projects in parallel Knowledge of project management methods and concepts.
