Founded by engineers with experience at the highest competitive level, the organisation delivers advanced simulation solutions with direct on-track impact.Role OverviewThe Senior Simulation Engineer will take ownership of simulator operations and play a key role in shaping technical capability and service delivery. The position combines hands-on simulation work with leadership, mentoring, and close collaboration with senior stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead simulator operations and supervise simulator operatorsDevelop, integrate, and refine vehicle, tyre, and track modelsOptimise simulator performance, robustness, realism, and usabilityCollaborate on vehicle physics, control systems, and subsystem modellingManage and maintain the simulator facility, working with specialist suppliersSupport team development and contribute to the long-term technical roadmapEssential Skills & ExperienceMaster's or PhD in Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related disciplineMinimum 5 years' experience with Driver-in-the-Loop (DiL) simulatorsStrong knowledge of real-time simulation environmentsExperience with vehicle dynamics and system-level modellingProficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, Python, and C/C++Ability to work directly with customers and represent technical expertiseHigh attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform under pressureFull professional proficiency in EnglishWillingness to travel as requiredDesirable Skills & ExperienceBackground in motorsport or high-performance automotive environmentsExperience with motion cueing developmentModel integration, fitting, and correlation experienceExposure to HiL systems and control systemsExperience with dSPACE, Speedgoat, Concurrent, Modelica, or DymolaAdditional European language skills (French or German advantageous)What's on OfferOpportunity to work in a brand-new, state-of-the-art simulator facilityHigh-impact role supporting professional racing teamsSignificant technical autonomy and influenceCollaborative, expert-led engineering environmentNext Steps This opportunity is being managed confidentially by ARCA Resourcing.
