Onze klant, een wereldwijde mobiliteitsdienstverlener in 14 landen, zoekt een Recruitment Officer, die de Recruitment Manager zal ondersteunen bij de rekrutering in regio Antwerpen. De tewerkstellingsplaats is Edegem, maar ook verplaatsingen naar andere filialen kunnen nodig zijn.

- Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de rekrutering van chauffeurs, mechaniekers en bedienden in regio Vlaams-Brabant.
- Je beheert en optimaliseert bestaande sourcing kanalen voor zowel blue collars als white collars.
- Je voert studies uit en implementeert nieuwe sourcing kanalen voor zowel blue collars als white collars.
- Je initieert partnerships en rekruteringsprojecten met derde partijen en scholen in regio Vlaams-Brabant.
- Je werkt aan de optimalisatie van sourcing processen.
- Je neemt actief deel aan projecten van het nationale HR-departement.
- Je bouwt een efficiënte en professionele relatie op met Operations en andere collega's.
- Vereisten:
- Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma (HRM, maatschappelijk adviseur, …) of gelijkgesteld door relevante ervaring.
- Je hebt minimum 3 jaar ervaring in een HR-functie waar rekrutering een belangrijk onderdeel van de functie was.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office.
- Je hebt een open en luistergerichte houding.
- Je werkt graag in een team, maar kan ook zelfstandig werken en je neemt graag initiatief.
- Plannen van je eigen werk en persoonlijke efficiëntie spreken je aan.
