Focus op duurzame mobiliteit Als duurzame mobiliteitspartner ondersteunen we steden met emissieluwe of emissievrije milieuzones bij: transitie van on-street naar off-street parkeren; omzetten vanzoekverkeer in bestemmingsverkeer; opladen van EV's en gedeeld vervoer faciliteren; logistieke diensten op de grens van emissieluwe en emissievrije zones Om ons Real Estate team in België te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Project & Maintenance Coordinator. Functieomschrijving De functie van Project & Maintenance Coordinator omvat een brede technische, projectmatige en coördinerende rol. Je verantwoordelijkheden zijn gericht op 2 domeinen: Investeringsprojecten (globale renovatiewerken, herstelinvesteringen) Studies en werken op vlak van herstelinvesteringen (capex existing business) plannen, coördineren, opvolgen en uitvoeren, met focus op speciale technieken en EV charging systems Selectie van en overleg met ondernemingen Planning en follow-up van het ontwerp en de werken Aansturing van externe studiebureaus voor de detailengineering Organisatie van de oplevering van werken Controle van facturen en eindafrekeningen Beheer van waarborgen, verzekeringen en betwistingen Preventief en curatief onderhoud Coördinatie van het curatieve en preventieve onderhoud, in samenspraak met de Maintenance Manager Opvolging van de onderhouds- en keuringsverslagen van de verschillende systemen 2de lijnsopvolging van defecten, alarmen, klachten en veiligheidsproblemen Opvolging en controle van de onderhoudscontracten van de verschillende aannemers Gemelde incidenten en alarmprocedures van de meldkamers SMC en Actiphone, en telefonisch of ter plaatse opvolgen Profiel Onderhandelen is je tweede natuur en je streeft ernaar om continu de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen te hanteren. Volgende zaken breng jij nog mee: Je combineert een bachelor diploma in een technische richting (elektrotechniek, elektromechanica, onderhoudstechnieken) met 5 à 10 jaar relevante werkervaring in gebouwenbeheer -technische installaties Je hebt kennis van AREI Wetgeving Je hebt kennis van Synergrid of bent bereid om dit te leren Kennis van kabelberekeningen (Caneco) is een pluspunt Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Frans , zowel gesproken als geschreven Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B Aanbod Voltijds contract van onbepaalde duur Aantrekkelijk salaris volgens jouw kennis en ervaring Groeps- en hospitalisatieverzekering en verzekering ambulante kosten Maaltijdcheques, ecocheques en cadeaucheques Laptop, smartphone en bedrijfswagen met laadpas CAO 90 bonus 40-urenweek met 20 wettelijke verlofdagen en 12 ADV-dagen Uitgebreide onboarding met interne en externe opleidingen Mogelijkheid om opleidingen te volgen De selectieprocedure Anneleen, onze HR Manager, analyseert je kandidatuur en nodigt je uit voor een eerste gesprek.
