Interim Facility Buyer

About the Role We are looking for an Interim Facility Buyer to support facility-related projects across multiple sites. You will work closely with the facility team to prepare, launch, and follow up on projects such as renovations, repairs, and workspace reorganizations. Examples include replacing roofs, optimizing lighting, and redesigning work areas. Your Responsibilities Initiate and follow up on facility projects Gather technical specifications from suppliers Prepare and compare quotations Create and track purchase orders Process invoices and approvals Maintain contact with workshop managers and suppliers Support reporting and budget management Work with Microsoft Dynamics D365 (training provided if needed) What We're Looking For Buyer who is proactive and independent Strong collaboration skills and able to work closely with project leads Language skills: French (mandatory) Experience with purchase orders and project coordination Willingness to travel with remote work possible Interested?
