If you enjoy the intersection of business context + data modelling + sharp visual storytelling, you’ll feel at home here.

The role: BI Specialist / Data Visualisation Consultant

You are an experienced consultant who can transform complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling visualisations. You translate business needs into high-quality data solutions. You bring structure: definitions, models, principles, and dashboards that are correct, performant, and easy to adopt. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with expertise in business intelligence, data visualisation, and stakeholder engagement.

What you’ll do

  • Analyse business needs and translate them into data models and KPI definitions
  • Contribute end-to-end to BI initiatives:
  • data platform design/implementation, ETL, dashboard development & maintenance
  • Help establish and apply BI standards (governance, definitions, “single source of truth”)
  • Engage with stakeholders: advise, align, challenge assumptions, and guide decisions
  • Stay on top of BI/DataViz evolutions and share knowledge within the team

You are someone who…

  • Takes ownership and enjoys solving problems end-to-end (that is why we are also looking for freelance colleagues)
  • Communicates clearly with both business and technical stakeholders
  • Works well in a team, while also being able to deliver independently
  • Cares about quality: correctness, performance, maintainability, and clarity

  • Strong expertise in data visualisation, with a proven ability to present complex information in a clear, intuitive, and user-friendly way.
