Voor een bedrijf, actief in de voedingssector, zijn we op zoek naar een junior HR Assistant. Ben jij op zoek naar een uitdagende administratieve uitdaging én heb jij een achtergrond (opleiding of eerste ervaring) binnen payroll/HR? Dan is dit iets voor jou Als junior HR Assistant sta je in voor: Vlekkeloze personeelsopvolging en eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega's Het beheren van uuradministratie en correcte en tijdige verwerking hiervan Opvolging van personeelsdossiers van vaste werknemers, interimkrachten en jobstudenten Administratieve ondersteuning aan HR Manager (arbeidsongevallen, verzekering, medische onderzoeken, wettelijke verplichtingen) Registratie en opvolging van opleidingen Registratie van verlof en verder helpen bij andere HR gerelateerde onderwerpen Ondersteuning bij projecten op HR gebied Wie zoeken we? Je bent recent afgestudeerd met een bachelordiploma (bij voorkeur in een HR- of administratieve richting) of hebt een eerste ervaring binnen HR / Payroll Je kan je vloeiend uitdrukken in het Nederlands. Kennis van Engels en Frans is een plus. Je omschrijft je als een communicatief sterk persoon, dat nauwkeurig en georganiseerd te werk gaat met sterk administratief inzicht. Je gaat verantwoordelijk en discreet om met vertrouwelijke informatie.
