Stop met dromen en kom ons team versterken Om ons departement Technology & Infrastructure te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Technical Product Manager (AOP). Wat je bij ons kan realiseren : De Technical Product Manager Airport Operations is verantwoordelijk voor: Het beheer van alle ICT-activiteiten die deel uitmaken van het volledige passagiersproces: check-in, mobiliteit, veiligheidscontrole en instappen. Het beheer van alle ICT-activiteiten binnen het AOP-platform. De evaluatie en verspreiding van online informatie aan diverse klanten, zoals afhandelaren en luchtvaartmaatschappijen. Het beheren van de runtime (RUN) en de benodigde ontwikkelingen (THINK & BUILD) voor deze omgeving. Deze functie rapporteert aan de Product Manager Airport Operations. Continue verbetering van de runtime door actief beheer van de technische ICT-aspecten van het product en de bijbehorende applicaties. De runtime beheren met behulp van service level agreements en de technische levenscyclus van de onderliggende applicaties. De Product Manager Airport Operations ondersteunen bij het beheren van het totale budget voor de runtime van het product. Klantcontacten opbouwen en onderhouden volgens duidelijke afspraken. Externe marktontwikkelingen en interne evoluties volgen om technische verbeteringen van de runtime te identificeren. Implementatie van veranderingen/strategie: Op basis van klantbehoeften, productkennis, marktkennis en de BAC-architectuur, levert hij/zij als technisch expert input voor de roadmap van de Service/Product Manager. Hij/zij ondersteunt het opstellen van business cases voor zijn/haar product en de onderliggende oplossingen. Hij/zij voert de roadmap uit door projecten voor zijn/haar product op te zetten, te delegeren en op te volgen, met een voornamelijk technische focus. Hij/zij besteedt maximaal 50% van zijn/haar tijd aan projecten. Technische producteigendom en leiderschap: Als expert zorgt hij/zij ervoor dat de technische aspecten en vereisten voor zijn/haar product correct worden opgevolgd en toegepast door teams en belanghebbenden op verschillende niveaus en afdelingen, zowel intern als extern. Hij/zij volgt zijn/haar product en vakgebied voortdurend om zijn/haar kennis actueel te houden en/of deze over te dragen aan anderen. Je hebt een masterdiploma of een gelijkwaardig diploma door ervaring. Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring, ervaring in de industrie is een pluspunt. Je combineert een strategische visie met een sterke resultaatgerichtheid en praktische vaardigheden. Je bent georganiseerd, efficiënt en analytisch. Je bent klantgericht en diplomatisch. Je beheerst het Nederlands of het Frans goed, hebt een goede kennis van de tweede taal en spreekt/schrijft vloeiend Engels. Goede kennis van gerelateerde vakgebieden en sterke technische productkennis. Organisatorische vaardigheden, communicatievaardigheden en onderhandelingsstrategieën (van managementniveau tot werkvloer, met ICT-technici en niet-ICT'ers). Technische kennis van de relevante domeinarchitectuur. Sterke analytische en samenvattende vaardigheden. Praktische ervaring met databaseontwikkeling en het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van tests. Basiskennis van ICT-beheerprocessen, ICT-architectuur en infrastructuur. Begrip van de strategie van Brussels Airport Company en het bijbehorende bedrijfsmodel. Basiskennis en respect voor de architectuur van Brussels Airport Company. Begrip van de procedures en richtlijnen van de luchthaven. Gaat je hart al sneller slaan?
