Stop met dromen en kom ons team versterken Om ons departement Technology & Infrastructure te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Technical Product Manager. Ben jij een technische leider met een passie voor innovatie en klantgerichtheid? Als Technical Product Owner speel jij een sleutelrol in het leveren van real-time vluchtinformatie en het optimaliseren van de passagierservaring op Brussels Airport. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de evolutie van de ICT-systemen die cruciaal zijn voor het luchthavenproces, van vluchtinformatie tot border control. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de passagiers en medewerkers van de luchthaven altijd toegang hebben tot accurate en actuele informatie via diverse digitale platforms. Van vluchtinformatie tot border control systemen – jij bent de drijvende kracht achter de technologie. Je draagt actief bij aan de voortdurende verbetering van de systemen. Door jouw technische expertise bewaak je de uitvoering van de productstrategie en implementeer je belangrijke veranderingen. Samen met de Product Manager Pax Info werk je aan de lange termijn strategie en vertaal je klantbehoeften naar technische vereisten voor de productroadmap. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de technische aspecten van jouw product nauwgezet gevolgd worden. Je stuurt teams en stakeholders aan en zorgt voor de juiste technische implementaties, met focus op het runnen van systemen en de lifecycle management. Je onderhoudt actieve contacten met interne en externe klanten, en zorgt ervoor dat hun verwachtingen worden gemanaged en overtroffen. Met een hands-on mentaliteit neem je de lead in projecten, vooral met technische focus, en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie van nieuwe systemen en functies. Jij volgt de marktontwikkelingen op de voet en gebruikt deze inzichten om technische verbeteringen door te voeren. Je houdt jouw product- en domeinkennis continu scherp en deelt deze met het team. Je ondersteunt de Product Manager bij het beheren van het productbudget en zorgt voor een efficiënte besteding van middelen in lijn met de productdoelstellingen. Je hebt een masterdiploma of een gelijkwaardig diploma door ervaring en minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een technische productmanagementrol. Ervaring in de luchthavenindustrie is een pluspunt. Je hebt diepgaande technische kennis, vooral op het gebied van productontwikkeling en systeembeheer, met een goede basiskennis van ICT-architectuur en infrastructuur. Je bent efficiënt, georganiseerd en hebt sterke analytische en synthetische vaardigheden. Je weet hoe je verschillende technische en niet-technische stakeholders succesvol aanstuurt. Jij begrijpt de klantbehoeften en weet deze te vertalen naar technische oplossingen. Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve en onderhandelingsvaardigheden, zowel op managementniveau als in de werkvloer. Je hebt ervaring met databaseontwikkeling, testontwikkeling en uitvoering, en weet wat nodig is om technische uitdagingen op te lossen. Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands of Frans, hebt een goede beheersing van de tweede taal, en kunt goed communiceren in het Engels. Gaat je hart al sneller slaan?
