Director of Enterprise Operations | High-Growth B2B Platform

We're supporting a fast-scaling B2B technology company on the search for a Director of Enterprise Operations — a senior leader who will own the full customer delivery and platform operations engine. This role sits directly on the revenue critical path: from customer onboarding and implementations, through environment provisioning, hosting and ongoing platform operations. You'll build the operating model that enables the business to scale from $50m to $250m+ in a repeatable, enterprise-grade way. You'll be responsible for: Customer implementations and time-to-value Platform & environment provisioning and standardisation Hosting, uptime and run-operations (99.9%+) Migrations, upgrades and major customer programmes Driving automation, scalability and operational excellence We're looking for someone who: Has scaled customer-facing operations in a high-growth SaaS, fintech or infrastructure platform Has led cloud, hosting, provisioning or platform operations teams Has built repeatable onboarding, migration and delivery models Is commercially minded and understands how operations drive revenue, retention and NRR Is comfortable operating at senior leadership level while remaining hands-on when needed This is a career-defining role at the heart of a serious growth journey.
