Director of Enterprise Operations | High-Growth B2B Platform

We're supporting a fast-scaling B2B technology company on the search for a Director of Enterprise Operations — a senior leader who will own the full customer delivery and platform operations engine.This role sits directly on the revenue critical path: from customer onboarding and implementations, through environment provisioning, hosting and ongoing platform operations. You'll build the operating model that enables the business to scale from $50m to $250m+ in a repeatable, enterprise-grade way.You'll be responsible for:Customer implementations and time-to-valuePlatform & environment provisioning and standardisationHosting, uptime and run-operations (99.9%+)Migrations, upgrades and major customer programmesDriving automation, scalability and operational excellenceWe're looking for someone who:Has scaled customer-facing operations in a high-growth SaaS, fintech or infrastructure platformHas led cloud, hosting, provisioning or platform operations teamsHas built repeatable onboarding, migration and delivery modelsIs commercially minded and understands how operations drive revenue, retention and NRRIs comfortable operating at senior leadership level while remaining hands-on when neededThis is a career-defining role at the heart of a serious growth journey.Please reach out to us for a confidential discussion.oliver.wood@twentyai.com
